What do I wear?

​

Loose comfortable clothing such as tops with sleeves and jogging trousers

Avoid prominent zips or buttons

Please remove or cover jewellery

 

Classes:  Monday evenings 7.30 – 9.00pm

Participants need to be competent to practice at a high level and break-fall safely

 

Wednesdays 7.30 – 9.00pm - Beginners, returners and lower grades

New starters please arrive at least 15 mins early for introductions and registration.

You will need to bring £10 to cover a year’s insurance, but this will also cover your first four classes

 

You are welcome to just come and watch a session but the only way to really understand Aikido is to give it a try
